Details of our program

To enter our group coach program, you must have created your own customized visualization by either completing our online course or chosen the “we’ll do it for you” option. But once your visualization is created, then you’re ready for going to the next level.

Through our Group Coaching Program, we pair proven, high performance principles and strategies with our 12-minute a day methodology. It’s a 12 week program that meets weekly via a webinar. Each session is 45 minutes of coaching on that week’s topic. Then 15 to 30 minutes answering questions related to the topic. And finally, the nuances of incorporating that week’s topic into the Think It Be It 12 minute day method.

All participants will get a PDF file line for the week’s call along with worksheets sent after the session. Listed below is an outline of each week’s topics:

  • Week #2Clarity – Assist clients in gaining immediate, behavioral-driven clarity and intentionality.
  • Week #3Energy – Assist clients in gaining immediate improvements in the energy they feel and generate each day.
  • Week #4Courage – Assist clients in gaining confidence, decisiveness and momentum.
  • Week #5Productivity – Assist clients in being immediately more effective and productive every day.
  • Week #6Influence – Assist clients in being immediately more influential in their relationships and careers.
  • Week #7Psychology Mastery – Assist clients in developing a free consciously-directed, positively engaged mind.
  • Week #8Physiology Mastery – Revisit Week #3 on Energy and assist clients in gaining even more energy.
  • Week #9Productivity Mastery – Assist clients in revisiting their productivity levels and cutting out distracting activities (deeper dive into tactics).
  • Week #10Persuasion Mastery – Additional Influence Training and assist clients in targeting areas they can be more persuasive in.
  • Week #11Purpose Mastery – Walk clients through a training and exercise in living and leading with purpose.
  • Week #12Commitment to High-Performance – Additional High-Performance Training and walking through exercise on reviewing their progress and making commitment to change. 12-minute a day methodology.
